1st — Contact us

After you have contacted us we will schedule an appointment on your time to give you your free estimate.

2nd — Approval

Immediately after approval of the estimate our design team will send you a 3D rendering of your proposed project. You can make as many changes to your design at no cost to you!

3rd — Financing

After you have approved your design we will then have an exact number for you to budget. We are a preferred contractor through Viking capital & Lyons financial where we can help you through financing. There are many options when deciding how to pay, we let you decide that but of course we'll be here to answer any questions you may have.

4th — Permitting

Upon finance approval we will pull your permit for you from your local city or county to begin construction.

5th - Construction

This is the fun part. You get to sit back and listen to the sound of heavy machinery and watch your backyard dreams come to life!
